• Coordinate schedule, manpower, equipment, and resources with the Field Team• Direct and evaluate project timeline• Communicate with leadership and client on project status
Requirements
• 5+ years experience as a lead project superintendent for a general commercial contractor• Intermediate computer skills and knowledge using software (e.g. ProCore, PrimaVera P6, SAGE Timberline)• Strong customer service and relationship skills• High school diploma required• Valid driver's license required
