Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a Suites Department Intern to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Delaware North operates concessions, premium dining, and restaurants at the Green Bay Packers' Lambeau Field and Titletown since 2012. At Titletown we manage The Turn, featuring Topgolf Swing Suites, and operate special events including seasonal sledding and ice skating.
Helps coordinate daily and game day operations Answer calls from game day staff (Pantry Coordinators, Suite Attendants) to answer questions pertaining to guest orders, billing, GiveX, and assisting with closing orders as needed and ensuring all orders are closed by the end of the event Assist with employee check in/check out process and end of game close-out; sorting paperwork and tips Assist with culinary reports, game day reports, preparing attendant folders Assist with suite set up as needed Aids with training staff, scheduling training sessions and help update/prepart training manuals and materials Enter orders into suite ordering system, save receipts and files, as necessary Assists with pre-season pantry organization and end of month inventory Must be at least 18 years old Enrollment at an accredited college or university pursuing a Business Administration, Hospitality, or degree preferred. Available to work on gamedays. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Highly motivated, ability to take initiative.
