Responsibilities
• Manage SuccessFactors modules• Handle system maintenance, reporting, and implementation of additional modules• Design and manage SAP/HCM security• Manage upgrade/migration paths for technologies• Oversee HR systems Tier 3 support• Gather requirements for interfaces and modules• Create and review functional specifications• Conduct configuration, unit testing, and quality testing• Handle incident management and production support• Responsible for release management• Stay updated on vendor product roadmaps and best practices
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years' technical experience with SAP SuccessFactors• Understanding of SuccessFactors data models, XML, and integration technologies• Preferred certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central• Aptitude for solution design and supporting business objectives• Ability to map business processes to HR solution capabilities• Solid understanding of HR processes• Consulting and global delivery experience• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Computer Science or relevant industry
