Subway Assistant Manager Full-time position available at our 1201 Badger Ave. Stevens Point , Wisconsin . Starting pay is $14.00-17.00/hr based on experience with full benefits.
What's this job? As an Assistant Manager, you'll perform various tasks assisting the Manager with the day to day operations of the restaurant to include:
Recruit, train and develop new associates Create and manage staff schedules Perform inventory management Food preparation including bread and cookie baking Prepare sandwiches to guest preferences Keep a clean and safe work environment Cashier and guest services What you need: Previous management experience is appreciated Experience from other sandwich shops is a plus Joining our team provides you with: Free sub, drink and chips or a cookie every shift Full benefits that include insurance plans, holiday pay, paid time off and more for full-time associates Advancement opportunities Associate discount card that includes discounts on food, 8¢ off on gas and more!
