DEPCOM Power is hiring a Subcontracts ManagerResponsible for managing and executing repowering and energy storage subcontractsIdeal location is at headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Develop preferred partnerships with subcontractors in existing and new markets• Lead the bid process and negotiate successful awards with subcontractors• Support the overall control of subcontract financials and scheduling• Support continuous improvements on templates, processes, communications, and more• Author and compile subcontracts in coordination with engineering and project management teams• Manage change orders throughout work execution
Requirements
• Experience in contract management, construction management, or project management• Experience compiling bid documents and submitting bids• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business, or Pre-Law (preferred)• Experience procuring Services (preferred)
