Job Summary:We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable individual to join our team at Van Subaru as a Subaru Sales Professional. This is a full-time, individual contributor role that will have a strong focus on sales in the retail auto industry. >>The ideal candidate will want to have a deep understanding and appreciation for the Subaru brand and will be responsible for promoting and selling Subaru vehicles to customers in the Greater Kansas City area.Compensation & Benefits:This is a base + commissionable position. More specifically, your key responsibilities will include:Greeting and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional mannerConducting vehicle walk-arounds and test drives with customersEducating customers on the features and benefits of Subaru vehiclesBuilding and maintaining relationships with customers to foster repeat businessManaging and updating customer information in the dealership's CRM systemWorking collaboratively with the sales, finance, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experienceKeeping up-to-date with product knowledge, features, and options for all Subaru modelsParticipating in vehicle training programs and staying current with industry trends and developmentsAttending sales meetings and conferences as requiredAssisting with vehicle inventory management and displayRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in sales or a related field is an assetMinimum of 2 years experience in a retail or sales environment, preferably in the auto industryA valid driver's license and clean driving recordStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goalsAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekendsProficiency with technology and CRM systemsDedication to continuously learning and improving sales techniquesPassion for the Subaru brand and its products
