• Implement customer service standards for internal and external customers• Identify areas for process improvement and communicate with Studio Manager• Maintain a clean and professional environment• Perform opening and closing duties• Follow safety standards• Cover shifts in short-notice/emergency situations• Participate in community outreach requirements
Requirements
• High school degree or equivalent• Written and verbal skills• Team player• Exceptional customer service skills• Multi-tasking and detail-oriented• Preferred: Front office experience, Salon industry experience
