Student Experience Specialist The Student Experience Specialist is responsible for delivering an exceptional, seamless experience for our students. Students and educators will be in contact with you on a daily basis as they move through their professional development journey in digital skills training. Your role is to support them throughout this process to ensure excellent customer service and support throughout their BrainStation experience.
ResponsibilitiesPrimary point of contact for student and educator inquiriesWork with the Experience lead to execute the best student experience for BrainStation students, alumni and educatorsTrack and report student data and feedback to measure program success and alumni outcomesOversee student onboarding and course preparation to ensure a smooth handoff to Educators for course deliveryResource industry professionals as educators, guest speakers and mentors for BrainStation bootcamps and coursesWork closely with our global Experience Team to develop and implement strategies to grow our network of industry connectionsIdentify opportunities to improve the student experience and course delivery process with a continuous improvement mindsetCoordinate logistics with campus operations team to ensure the best student experience both in-person and onlineStay up-to-date on industry trends to position yourself as a subject matter expert in techParticipate in tech community events and help build the BrainStation brandSupport the facilitation of panel discussions for students and community membersRequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years experience in a customer or client-facing role, preferably in business development, recruitment, or growth marketingProfessional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable with cold outreach and building prospect listsDemonstrable knowledge of pathways leading to specific career outcomes in a broad spectrum of areas within the technology industry is a strong assetFamiliarity with CRM and Sales tools is an assetStrong attention to detail A dedication to providing excellent customer serviceWillingness to help out where needed in all facets of the organizationPerks and BenefitsComprehensive Health & Wellness Benefits PackageRetirement PlanningParental Leave ProgramNew Device AllowanceSocials, Outings & RetreatsCulture of Learning & DevelopmentFlexible Working HoursWork from Home FlexibilityAbout BrainStationEstablished in 2012, BrainStation is the global leader in digital skills training and workforce transformation.
