Job Description and Duties
The student assistant will perform a variety of tasks requiring strong innovative problem-solving skills to support unit services, processes, and defined procedures. Assist and perform the less analytical studies to ensure the departments daily and nightly batch jobs are prepared and processed to produce the most up to date system information for business areas throughout FTB and other state agencies. Will also work to resolve the least complex Level 2 incidents by providing incident analysis, escalation, and resolution for the Taxpayer Folder, Case Management, and Inspector applications.
