Full job description About us We are a rapidly growing west coast scaffold business seeking a highly skilled and experienced structural Revit Drafter with expertise to join our team. As a Revit Drafter, you will play a crucial role in designing complex scaffold jobs not limited to bridges, naval flight decks, large commercial and F1 Las Vegas. Main focus is on accuracy and detail while producing 3D Scaffold models to be presented to customers and our engineering firm.
[Responsibilities]
Generate precise Revit models based on architectural drawings and specifications for building coordination purposes. Collaborate with project managers and the estimating department in understanding project requirements and objectives. Create and design family models for scaffold materials within the Revit software. Conduct quality checks on Revit models to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications. Optimize Revit models for performance and efficiency, maintaining a high level of detail while minimizing file size. Proficiency in generating schedules and load lists for scaffold families. Proficiency in using Microsoft office applications (Outlook, Word, Excell, etc.) Assisting in estimating jobs Create and manage job handover policies. [Requirements]
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit. Have general experience in commercial and industrial building processes. Strong understanding of BIM principles and experience with BIM coordination processes. Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and high-quality work under tight deadlines. Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
