POSITION DESCRIPTION Structural Design Analyst to support the ITER Fusion Project. Support Design of a glovebox. Conduct construction document reviews as required. Plan, organize, and coordinate structural engineering and multi-disciplined team/design projects while engaged in the planning, design and construction phases of engineering projects. Prepare and review of calculations, drawings, and specifications relating to seismic and wind analyses, foundation design, structural framing analyses and design, and bracing analyses and design. Experience in renovating/modifying existing facilities is required. Familiarity with computer aided drafting applications is required. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
Principal Engineer - 15+ years of experience in design, estimating, specification preparation, construction document preparation, and related phases of engineering. PE License preferred.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Seismic piping and equipment load experience. Ability to work in a diverse work environment, Satisfactory results of a pre-employment screening, which includes a background check and drug screening. Ability to fulfill and promote L&A core values. Must be a US Citizen. Must have working knowledge of Federal (including DOE) and State code applicable to engineering design.
LOCATION

Work Hours:
