Must reside within 50 miles/1 hour commute of an Elevance Health location.
The Strategy & Program Development Director is responsible for leading strategic planning, through data driven insights and performance management for the Provider Success Operations Team. This role will support and lead data analysis and reporting for practice assessment and transformation work and deliver the reporting suite needed to guide Provider Success Field Team work.
How you will make an impact: Works closely across internal partner teams to develop and implement strategies in support of the overall Elevance Health Provider Success Engagement Model. Assesses, monitors and translates data into actionable insights and delivers recommendations to drive positive impact on Provider Performance. Collaborates with executive level leaders in all LOB across Elevance Health as it relates to practice transformation and provider engagement models. Partners with Regional Directors and Market Directors to proactively identify multi-LOB trends and own ongoing strategy, development and implementation to incorporate needs of internal and external partners. Minimum Qualifications: Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of related experience including 5 years of leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences: Experience and knowledge in healthcare provider engagement and supporting large growth and development programs. Deep understanding of multi-LOB value-based programs and provider transformation consulting model. Demonstrated results or experience in the following areas: Program Development, Data Analysis and Visualization, Strategy Development and Execution, Large scale operating model roll-out. Familiar with standard Analytics Software like Snowflake and Business Intelligence (BI) systems such as Tableau and/or PowerBI preferred. Excellent written, oral, presentation and interpersonal communication skills with the proven ability to build relationships, and communicate with staff at all levels. Experience interacting confidently with senior management, as a subject matter expert and comfortable with influencing decision-making. Mastery of Microsoft Office products, most notably Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and Word. MBA preferred. For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $132,400 to $250,236.
