Job summary
The Strategy Advancement Advisor provides business intelligence and strategic planning support for the Insurance Controller and Trend Analytics & Forecasting (TAF) team.Requires an in-depth understanding of organization capabilities across the function.Reports directly to the Senior Vice President.

Responsibilities
• Lead strategic planning and business management for the Insurance Controller and TAF team.• Ensure strong business and financial results are delivered efficiently and effectively.• Collaborate with senior team members to determine and prioritize business strategies.• Manage office and rhythm of business processes.• Support day-to-day leadership in areas such as associate engagement and conference planning.• Serve as a gatekeeper and help leaders carry out the team's vision and strategic intent.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree• 8 or more years of progressive project leadership and relevant strategy experience.• Proven track record of team leadership and development.• Executive communications experience both written and verbal.• Demonstrated ability to influence and build trusted relationships with senior and executive-level audiences.• Results and deadline driven, comfortable handling confidential information.
