Learn more at #WeAreUKG Description & Qualifications Description About Us: We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as an HCM Software Value Strategist. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in helping prospective customers understand the unique value proposition of our Human Capital Management (HCM) suite. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HCM software and possess excellent communication and analytical skills. About You: Value Proposition Development: Collaborate with product management, sales, and marketing teams to develop and refine the value proposition for our HCM software suite. Customer Engagement: Engage with prospective customers to understand their specific needs and challenges related to HCM. Tailor value propositions and messaging to address these needs effectively. Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers, providing insights and recommendations on how our HCM software can address their pain points and drive business outcomes. Public Persona: Maintain a strong public persona as an HCM value expert through various channels, including social media, industry conferences, webinars, and thought leadership articles. Content Creation: Develop high-quality content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and presentations, to articulate the value proposition of our HCM software suite to different audiences. Sales Enablement: Provide training and support to the sales team to ensure they have a deep understanding of the value proposition and are equipped to effectively communicate it to prospects. Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to continuously refine our value proposition and messaging. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on messaging and value proposition across all customer touchpoints. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: 5+ years in HCM technology experience, experience as HR or Payroll practitioner, HCM sales professional, IT professional, consultant, or advisor. 5+ years demonstrated experience influencing/advising or building a business case with executive stakeholders for HCM technology investments Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus. 5+ years prior experience and proven track record of thought leadership and public speaking engagements in the HCM domain. Demonstrated success in developing and delivering thought leadership, best practices, and innovation. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the HCM software industry. Deep understanding of HCM processes and technology, including HRIS, talent management, workforce planning, and analytics. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner. Preferred Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data and insights to drive decision-making. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Pay Transparency for Colorado, New York, Washington and California The base salary range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $122,600.00 to $150,000.00 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation. San Francisco Bay Area Pay Law There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area, the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $140,990.00 to $172,500.00 per year.
