Strategic Sourcing & Contracts Professional

Kelaca is looking for Strategic Sourcing & Contracts Professional for our client partner in Raleigh, NC working remotely . This position is responsible for structuring and negotiating vendor contracts that have strategic importance to the Bank. Acts as trusted advisor to internal business partners and supports short and long-term road maps. Maintains a strong knowledge of market trends in order to structure and negotiate a wide range of contract types such as software, services, staffing, consulting, and outsourcing. May lead internal, ad-hoc sourcing projects.
Key Responsibilities : Sourcing Lead - Manages business support, sourcing, contract structuring and negotiation, collaboration with Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), and contract price negotiations as well as other sourcing activities. Project Management - Leads projects for strategic Bank initiatives that may involve multiple vendors. Provides analysis, action plans, and cost containment strategies. Supports project timeline and expectations through a variety of tasks that enable project success. Relationships - Manages enterprise vendor relationships including the establishment of ongoing requirements and action plans for cost containment and vendor road mapping. Skills and Experience : Contract structuring & negotiation (5+ years) Vendor relationship management (5+ years) Banking experience Expertise in redlining Job Type: Full-time contract
Hours of Work in Office: Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm
