Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive partner strategy for revenue growth in the e-commerce space• Identify and onboard new enterprise-level partners aligned with strategic goals• Manage and nurture existing partner relationships, ensuring their needs are met• Collaborate with product and marketing teams on co-marketing initiatives and joint sales strategies• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements with terms aligning with company objectives• Provide ongoing support, training, and resolve partner issues• Monitor and evaluate partner performance to identify areas of success and/or improvement• Serve as a liaison between partners and internal teams to facilitate collaboration• Use current market trends and dynamics to drive strategic decision-making• Represent the company at trade shows and events, contributing to brand awareness and lead generation
Requirements
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful enterprise partnership strategies with 5+ years of experience in SAAS or e-commerce• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field• Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to build strong relationships• Effective communication and presentation skills• Collaborative spirit and ability to work with cross-functional teams• Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity• Willingness to travel and attend company events as needed
