Responsibilities
• Prepare store schedules and provide proper store coverage• Manage store inventory and perform recordkeeping• Open and close the store following company procedures• Supervise associates and administer discipline• Communicate with employees at all levels of the company• Perform work of subordinates as needed• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Two year post secondary education and one year related experience• Proven ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss• Strong supervisory skills and ability to deliver training• Strong interpersonal skills and clear verbal communication• Ability to operate a computer and relevant software• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb a ladder• Standing required for up to 100% of the work time• Willingness to travel overnight for training and/or meetings
