Responsibilities
• Passionate about Nike products and services• Demonstrate enthusiasm and eagerness to learn store roles• Deliver the best possible service and attention to consumers• Assist in executing daily retail operations• Develop positive relationships with consumers and teammates• Attend and support store events• Be reliable and flexible with working hours• Maintain knowledge of store departments• Operate cash register, perform shipping/receiving duties, stock the floor, and perform cleaning duties• Build visual displays when necessary
Requirements
• Must be 18 years of age• Able to effectively communicate• Physical requirements include twisting, bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods of time• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment• Able to work effectively with others and provide excellent customer service• One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours• Compensation and benefits package available
