Requirements
• Graduate of an accredited sterile processing program• Certification as a Registered Central Service Technician or Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician• Completion of training program in Central Services or Surgery Technology• Knowledge of sterile processing protocols and standards• Ability to operate sterilization equipment• Good communication and teamwork skills• Attention to detail and accuracy• Ability to follow safety procedures• Ability to lift and move heavy objects• Knowledge of medical supplies and equipment
