Structural Steel Estimator needed for a well-established Construction companyRequires 10+ years of experience with Tekla EPM software and structural steel fabrication and erectionResponsibilities include preparing estimates, managing budgets, and developing cost-effective strategies

Responsibilities
• Prepare and review estimates for accuracy and completeness• Coordinate and communicate with team members• Develop and maintain relationships with clients• Manage and monitor project budgets and schedules• Monitor and review changes in project scope• Ensure all materials, labor, and equipment costs are accurately included in estimates• Prepare accurate material take-offs• Assist in developing and implementing cost-effective strategies• Interpret and analyze blueprints, drawings, and specifications• Identify and resolve discrepancies between estimates and actual costs
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in the structural steel industry with Tekla EPM software• Experienced in structural steel fabrication and erection• Knowledge of current structural steel codes and standards• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents• Ability to calculate costs and prepare estimates• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software• Excellent organizational and communication skills• Strong understanding of structural steel fabrication and erection process• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
