We'll also give you $500 to set up your home office!For information about our benefits, please visit https://benefitsatfanatics.com/ Fanatics is seeking a motivated, team-oriented state compliance analyst with 2-4+ years of applicable experience in a compliance, legal, or regulatory operations role (gaming industry experience preferred, but not required). The State Compliance Analyst will report to the Director, State Compliance and will support compliance efforts across the Fanatics Betting & Gaming business.Responsibilities Become a state compliance subject matter expert in multiple jurisdictionsTrack regulatory requirements and work with internal business teams to satisfy those requirementsAssist business teams in developing procedures and processes to satisfy regulatory obligationsMaintain and revise, as needed, the Company's regulatory internal controlsBuild and maintain relationships with gaming regulators in multiple jurisdictionsSkills and Qualifications Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license is a requirement for this role2-4+ years of compliance, legal, or regulatory operations experience, preferably in the online gaming industry or other highly regulated industryAbility to exercise sound judgment, act independently, and become a subject matter expert on regulatory requirements are of critical importanceA team player willing to roll up their sleeves and work to build the leading digital gaming company in the marketStrong analytical and drafting skillsExperience communicating with senior management and government authoritiesSelf-starter that enjoys a startup atmosphereEnsure your Fanatics job offer is legitimate and don't fall victim to fraud.
