The manager serves as the clinical lead of an interdisciplinary team that is responsible for providing oversight and clinical guidance on the delivery of specialty behavioral health services for children, youth, and families. The manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining a set of protocols for providing clinical guidance to other MDHHS staff and external partners on service delivery. The manager will also serve as a clinical expert for informing the development and implementation of specialty behavioral health services for children, youth, and families. Required Education and Experience Education Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major. Possession of a master's degree or doctoral degree in clinical psychology, applied behavioral analysis, professional counseling, marriage and family therapy, or social work with a clinical concentration preferred. Experience Four years of professional experience, including two years equivalent to the experienced (P11) level or one year equivalent to the advanced (12) level.
Alternate Education and Experience State Administrative Manager 15 Education level typically acquired through completion of high school and two years of safety and regulatory or law enforcement experience at the 14 level; or, one year of safety and regulatory or law enforcement experience at the 15 level, may be substituted for the education and experience requirements.

Candidates should confirm work location and schedule at the time of interview. Employees will be provided computers to perform state work. Phones may also be provided for necessary communications.
