Your role will involve recruiting, screening, evaluating, and interviewing potential candidates for a variety of employment opportunities, including temporary projects, temp-to-hire, and direct hire positions. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with our client companies to consult and deliver staffing solutions tailored to their organizational needs.

Basic Overview of Duties: · Recruit, screen, evaluate, and interview potential candidates for various employment opportunities.
· Collaborate with client companies to deliver tailored staffing solutions.
· Possess strong computer skills.
· Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Build rapport quickly and establish trust with individuals.
· Previous experience in Staffing, Recruiting, Customer Service, Retail, or similar fields is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits: · $21 - $23.50 an hour DOE + Monthly Commissions.
· Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
