What You'll Do as a Staffing Onsite Representative:
Manage onsite staffing operations and ensure efficient placement of qualified candidates Foster strong relationships with clients and address their staffing needs promptly Conduct candidate interviews, assess qualifications, and make hiring decisions Coordinate employee scheduling and resolve any staffing issues that arise Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and temporary associates Work Experience The Preferred Candidate Might:
