Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities: Develop and maintain staff schedules for multiple departments. Coordinate and adjust staffing levels based on patient care needs. Communicate effectively with staff and management regarding scheduling changes. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new staff members. Maintain accurate staffing records and reports. Address and resolve staffing issues in a timely manner. Qualifications: Experience in staffing or human resources in a healthcare setting. LPN, MAC, or CNA cetrification/licensure preferred Strong understanding of staffing needs and scheduling requirements. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficient in using staffing software and HR systems. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
