Join us in working on one of Zscaler’s fastest-growing products.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Staff Software Engineer to lead the design and implementation of our Risk360 product. The ideal candidate will deeply understand cloud-based data platforms and have a proven track record of building and scaling high-performance, reliable systems.Required SkillsMinimum 8+ years of hands-on experience working with software development and enterprise data warehouse solutionsExperience in Core Java, Concurrency and Distributed Computing, and some Python would be a plus.Experience in building high-performance, scalable microservices and API GatewaysWorking experience in cloud infrastructure services on AWS/Azure/GCP and ability to learn, evaluate, and adopt new technologiesExperience using batch and stream processing frameworks like Spark/Kafka Streaming, Spring batch, or equivalentProficiency with Maven (preferred) or Gradle build and dependency management systems.5+ years of experience writing unit tests, stubs, and mocks in a TDD environment using JUnit, REST Assured, or TestNGExperience with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins or BambooMetrics-driven development experience and expertise using metrics systems like Grafana, Prometheus, etcExperience with Docker and Kubernetes.Ability to learn, evaluate, and adopt new technologies fast.Desired skillsAbility to write code that can perform efficiently in a big data setupStrong knowledge of various DBMS systems, including NoSQL architectures and design principlesExperience in working on the Spark platform - building a Spark infrastructure Understanding of statistics and machine learning (will be a plus)EducationBS Computer Science or higher#LI-AZ2
