Responsibilities: Reviews records of accounts to ensure accuracy Enters journal entries and reconciles general ledger accounts on a monthly basis Communicates all activities to the Controller Processes non accounts receivable cash receipts Maintains various supporting Excel spreadsheets for reporting requirements Applies customer payments Researches and solves payment discrepancies Prepares daily manual deposits Maintains Fixed Assets/Depreciation in Sage Qualifications: Bachelor degree in accounting or equivalent number of years of experience plus five years of accounting experience. Excellent attention to detail a must Strong organizational skills & time management skills Ability to multi-task Ability to work with a diverse group of people Strong proficiency in Word and Excel Clear written and verbal communications General knowledge of accounting standards Ability to operate most standard office equipment Company Benefits:
