Staff Accountant-Real Estate

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant. The ideal candidate will have experience in the real estate industry, along with strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger entries. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities for real estate projects. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions. Collaborate with internal teams to support financial reporting requirements. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and accounting standards. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3+ years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in the real estate industry. Strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
