Staff Accountant

Our client, a leading logistics company in the Piscataway area is currently adding a Staff Accountant to their team
This role will be in-office and report to the Accounting Manager.
Responsibilities will include: Balance Sheet maintenance and detail review Heavy Bank Reconciliations Maintenance of the general ledger for multiple entities Support monthly close process Prepare and Post journal entries Manage cash flow for the multiple entities Budgeting Reporting Analysis Year End review with outside Auditors Fixed Asset Accounting Weekly AR roll forward for Banking institutions Maintaining files for capital leases and operating leases Inventory audits Maintaining and reconciling corporate credit card accounts and expense reports Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance 3+ years' experience in a Multi-Entity company environment Ability to work in-office Co offers a strong benefits package including retirement perks
