Staff Accountant

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Staff Accountant to join our dynamic team. As a Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of our organization by maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing financial data, and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
What will you do day-to-day?
Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures Support external audits and tax filings as needed Who are you?
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA certification or progress towards certification preferred 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Please apply if this position aligns with your career goals.
