We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Staff Accountant to join our Accounting team. This role focuses on maintaining financial accuracy, supporting month-end closings, and contributing to various accounting activities.
Responsibilities Collaborate on journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger entries. Assist in month-end closing processes, ensuring accurate financial statements. Prepare financial reports, including P&L statements, for multiple entities. Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Participate in financial data analysis to support decision-making. Contribute to special projects and process improvements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Effective problem-solving skills and teamwork abilities. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
