Position Description: 100% fully remote position, needs to sit in EST or CST Prior government accounting experience that is a huge plus CPA or CPA eligible a huge plus Role is open due to growth of company Responsibilities Prepare journal entries in compliance with US GAAP Reconcile various general ledger accounts, including investigation of the underlying cause of any discrepancies in the balance Perform bank account reconciliations Prepare end-of-month consolidated financial statements and reports Education And Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance required. 3+ years of related experience required. Certified Public Accountant designation preferred. Experience with Government Contracting preferred. Experience with Cost Accounting Standards and DCAA audits preferred.
