Accounts Receivable - generate invoices to customers, update sell prices on parts and sales orders in our ERP system, review past due accounts, and follow-up with customers regarding outstanding invoices Accounts Payable - setup new vendors, collect W-9 forms, and serve as a backup for A/P entry Manage month end closing process by preparing and generating journal entries, reviewing actual vs. budget figures, and generating financial reports Reconcile balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis; including bank statements Review daily banking activity and record entries for cash receipts and loan activity Prepare schedules and supporting documentation for year-end financial audit Manage the inventory cycle count process by investigating discrepancies, and working with production team members to resolve Review and perform inventory scrap and stock adjustments in our ERP system Collaborate and provide input on annual and quarterly budgets Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Accounting is required 1-3 years of related work or school experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse work load Must be detailed oriented and highly organized Proficiency with MS Office with an emphasis in Excel Must be able to maintain confidentiality
