Responsibilities
• Perform patient assessments• Create and maintain sterile and safe environments• Give preoperative and postoperative teachings• Monitor physiologic and psychological statuses• Integrate and coordinate care across settings and among disciplines• Provide patient advocacy and efficient provision of resources• Must have a minimum of 2 years of current OR circulator experience• Uphold the mandatory BCLS certification• Preferred certification for CORN
Requirements
• Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in specialty• American Heart Association BLS Certification is required• ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, NIHSS, etc. may also be required for some units (Career Placement Specialist will specify)
