The Match Group Central Platforms Technology and Services team is on a mission to create safer platforms and communities for all. The growing Central Platforms team is looking for a Technical Product Manager to execute the product strategy for Match Group's integrated suite of services that share fraud and bad actor information across the portfolio.The ideal candidate has the business acumen to evaluate and execute trust and safety priorities that impact the Match Group brands and the technical background to have collaborative, in-depth discussions with engineers & technology stakeholders.Know where you belong. Match Group is a leading provider of dating products across the globe. Match Group is headquartered in Dallas, TX, with offices in LA and New York. In this role you will:Lead product discovery, prioritization and execution of new features, enhancements, and optimizations that maximize the performance of our suite of bad actor detection services and APIs.Clearly communicate the vision and roadmap to senior management and key stakeholders; ensuring alignment with the company-wide trust & safety objectives.Create product specifications with clear business justification, technical requirements, and user flows that speak to the needs across the entire portfolio. Provide internal training to trust & safety leads on how to utilize the service. Collaborate with Match Group properties across the globe to align internal and external partners on strategies that maximize the impact and efficiency of product & moderation teams while solving underlying trust & safety concerns. Develop metrics to measure the success of service changes, analyze results, and use analysis to inform further iteration. Manage data accessibility for reporting purposes, designing dashboards to communicate KPIs to key internal and external stakeholders. Drive internal process improvements; provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance. Assess emerging trust & safety products to measure potential value to the organization. Provide recommendations for new technologies; support third-party vendor communications, evaluations, and integrations.We could be a Match if you have:5+ years of product management, developer relations, software development or related experience in an agile environment, preferably with Trust & Safety or related experience. Domain knowledge in Trust & Safety, Identity, Fraud Detection and PreventionExperience supporting business-critical systems for multinational customers at scale in a B2B environment.Ability to qualify how the API/service delivers value from a product perspective.Experience working with large datasets for planning and analysis, experience with analytics tools such as SQL and BI softwareExpert working knowledge of Google Suite, Jira, Confluence, SlackAbility to structure problem-solving approaches and bring multiple solutions to solving complex problems. Experience developing processes for sharing information and insights across large organizations.Experience working with third party technology providers.Equal comfort communicating to business stakeholders and engineers; ability to tailor the message appropriately to the audience.Ease with building trust with cross-functional stakeholders through integrity, honesty, authenticity, and drive.$ 146500- $176000 a yearFactors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in Los Angeles, New York City, Chicago, Denver, or Dallas.
