We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to join our top tier IT equipment retail company . What You Will Be Doing Server, network, desktop support via remote desktop and at client site. Provide support of 3rd party software (implementation, ongoing maintenance) Server, network, desktop hardware installation and configuration. Other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and management as required. Install, configure, test, maintain operating systems, application software, system management tools. Manage and monitor installed systems and infrastructure. Maintain security, backup, redundancy strategies. Participate in design of information and operational support systems. Work with vendors and IT personnel for problem solving. What You Need for this Position 5+ years experience in Systems Engineering/Systems Administration and: Azure, AWS experience preferred Windows server operating system installation, configuration, maintenance skills Firewall configuration, installation and maintenance skills Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 support  Excellent customer service skills including an ability to follow-up to ensure closure of issues.
