Sr. Supply Chain And Logistics Lead

In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in optimizing our supply chain processes, liaising with international partners, and ensuring a seamless sending experience for our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with international logistics partners to address daily supply chain challenges and enhance operational efficiency.
Oversee the performance of our logistics partners, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and continuous improvement.
Resolve integration and operational hurdles, ensuring smooth stock flow and order fulfillment.
Utilize analytical insights to track and report on outbound and inbound operations, driving data-informed decision-making.
Monitor shipping activities to ensure timely order delivery, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline key processes in logistics centers.
Cultivate strong relationships with account managers at logistics partners and carrier companies.
Manage end-to-end international inventory transfers, optimizing logistics coordination.
Experience and Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in supply chain management and logistics operations.
Proficiency in navigating international logistics regulations and customs procedures.
Familiarity with Order Management Systems (OMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably Mintsoft and Whiplash.
Strong analytical skills, with expertise in data analysis using tools like MS Excel.
A degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred.
