Your Role
As a Senior Project Manager at [Omit Company Name], you'll spearhead the coordination of every aspect of our construction projects. From initial planning to resource allocation and quality control, you'll provide direction to your team, ensuring that every project reflects the high standards synonymous with our brand.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee all project phases, including contract administration, technical support, and on-site operations.
Manage project contracts and material agreements, negotiating terms and ensuring timely delivery.
Lead project execution within budget, schedule, and quality parameters.
Deliver regular progress reports to executive leadership, updating them on budget, safety, and schedule status.
Foster strong relationships with subcontractors, architects, and clients to ensure smooth project progression.
Facilitate project closure by compiling necessary documentation and addressing outstanding tasks.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional development.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proficiency in construction management principles and software such as Procore or Computer Ease.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Meticulous attention to detail and effective budget and schedule management.
Comprehensive understanding of project processes and their role in project completion.
Demonstrated leadership skills and a track record of successful project management.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 10 years' experience in commercial construction project management.
