Responsibilities
• Monitor and report product failure, performance and identify corrective action• Provide tier II support for product issues• Serve as SME for Fire apparatus/Concrete mixers• Develop training programs and conduct trainings• Measure product performance and provide actionable insights• Provide continuous feedback to Product Manager
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field or equivalent• 5 or more years of experience with automotive or heavy-duty vehicle maintenance• Ability to travel to dealer/customer locations at least 30% of the time• 3 or more years of experience and advanced technical knowledge of Fire/Concrete mixer industry• Demonstrate solid verbal, written and presentation skills• Experience working in SAFe, Scrum or Agile environment• Ability to thrive in a startup-like culture
