**Job Description and Responsibilities**
Visa Direct is a payment service that Visa provides to clients (sending and receiving financial institutions, processors, merchants and service providers) to facilitate fund transfers/disbursements

to Visa accounts around the world using push payment technology. Visa Direct consumer and business applications include person-to-person (P2P) transfer, person to micro-business transfer (e.g. payouts to shared economy providers), funds disbursement (e.g. insurance claim disbursements), and more. The push payments market is estimated to be more than $80 Trillion of payment volume globally.
The Product Architecture and Development Team is responsible for identifying, and driving strategic enhancements to the Visa Direct platform. We support end to end product management including ideation, discovery, technical build, new feature launch, across all aspects of the feature set, including Sales, Solutions, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Finance and many other functional partners.
**Job Description/Essential

Functions**
We are seeking a Product Delivery lead to develop our strategy and toolset to support new features as they go to market. The lead will be adept at using content as a method to empower customers and increase product adoption. The key responsibilities for this role will be understanding how and when a client experiences product content throughout their journey, defining the content strategy over the customers lifecycle, and working cross-functionally to build the infrastructure/ processes that ensure that the strategy is executed, measured, optimized, and maintained.
**Qualifications**
Basic Qualifications:
2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications:
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
4+ years successful post college product or functional management experience, 2 years post Masters/MBA degree
Lead complex projects and processes with multiple stakeholders
Drive projects in collaboration with product owners and leaders of all levels
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills to synthesize and communicate complex information effectively
Develop product strategy, go-to-market plans, and product design documents (concept document, business case, product requirements)
Lead collaboration with internal Visa teams e.g., regional teams, technology, client services, other Visa product teams, risk, and other applicable groups) to define and execute a cohesive strategy related to a specific product or feature
Cultivate net new and unique insights from a combination of expertise in product area, internal feedback, external feedback and market research to provide perspective to the team and product management leaders to inform insights and decisions
Individual works autonomously with ongoing supervision from manager and leadership
Advocate for the customer
Demonstrate customer empathy
Translate needs into product goals and features:
Deep focus on data
Set the vision, strategy, defines success (e.g., OKRs), makes decisions around
Leads by influence, does not rule by hierarchy or authority
Ability to collect and transform information into useful and interesting content for customers and employees, which can convey ideas relevant to the industry
Adept at various CMS platforms that could be leveraged to reduce amount of Visa Direct content produced in Microsoft Word & pdf format
