Sr Pm - Heavy Civil Construction

We are seeking a new Sr PM for our Heavy Civil Construction Division. This role will need to come with a diverse project background within The Heavy Civil Construction Sector; with at least 8 - 10 years of experience with:
Responsibilities:    Manage our projects from start to finish, anticipating challenges and overcoming obstacles Control the time, cost, and quality of construction projects Cultivate strong relationships with our staff, clients, subcontractors and business partners Maintain project schedules, budgets, workflow and productivity Experience reading blueprints, construction drawings, and addendums Software Knowledge: Bluebeam, HCSS, Procore, and other Software products What You Bring to the Table Have at least 8-10 years of experience within the Water Industry Ability to develop strong business plans Experience utilizing Microsoft products + scheduling software New Ground Up Construction Renovations Design-Build Pump Stations Wastewater Treatment Plants Wastewater & Water Reclamation Transmission Lines Dams & Reservoirs Underground Utilities Sewer & Water Main Piping / Grading / Trench Site Work Infrastructure Public & Private Benefits Salary: $125 -  $150K (Based on Experience) Full Benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision and more 401(K) Matching Paid Time Off Company Celebrations & Events PTO Sick Time Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
