Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life forall.Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.As a Sr. Photolithography Engineer, you will be primarily responsible for starting up, developing, and optimizing processes to improve product quality, driving process yield improvements, cost reduction, productivity improvement and risk management as well as resolving manufacturing line problems.We are currently seeking senior-level expertise in Photolithography Engineering.Daily responsibilitiesIdentify, diagnose, and resolve process-related problems by applying failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, or SPC/FDC methodologyCoordinate and carry out process, equipment, and material evaluation/optimization to implement changes at the process stepLead and participate in yield improvement and cost optimization activitiesHandle new process baseline qualifications and manage, audit, and collaborate with material suppliers to achieve quality, cost, and risk mitigation objectivesSupervise the health of assigned processes, ensuring high-quality output, and providing proactive redundancy plans for bottlenecks that could impact Fab cycle time (CT) or turnsSkills sought for this roleStrong process area knowledgeDRAM development and manufacturing experienceProven Automation skills through previous automation projects requiring coding/machine learning/JMP ScriptingStrong ability to perform functions of this role described above with minimal directionMature understanding of the process flow related to area equipment, SPC principles, and recipe managementStrong leadership skills with the shown ability to coordinate efforts across a variety of groupsAble to efficiently coordinate multifunctional teams to complete projects to solve an array of problems, coordinate meetings, and initiate follow-up actionsCommunication skills and ability to present optimally to all audiencesDemonstrated ability to resolve advanced problems, project management, resolve process issues, and develop procedures or action plansStrong understanding of physics, area chemistry, and algebraic concepts as well as analytical problem-solving skillsMature time management, organization, and prioritization skillsEducation and ExperienceBachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, related field, or equivalent military experience5+ years of experience in Photolithography Process Development for semi-conductor productsManufacturing experienceData Science understandingAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
