That's where you come in!As a Senior Operations Manager, D&D Beyondyou will drive inventory, order fulfillment and site operations for the D&D Beyond Marketplace. You will work with business and product marketing teams to attain sales objectives and exceed customer expectations.Our team is looking for a Sr. Operations Manager with a deep understanding of e-commerce technology and processes, strong communication skills, and experience solving complex problems with a data-driven approach. You will define and optimize business processes to ensure the well-functioning of the site. You will manage inputs and outputs for performance indicators such as in-stock rate, delivery lead time, and issue resolution speed.As the owner of storefront operations, you will continuously improve business processes related to storefront operations and provide system requirements to improve storefront operational capabilities. You will collaborate with teams across D&D, WotC, and Hasbro, regarding processes and performance metrics.Strong remote work experience and both written and verbal communication skills are a must.
