Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Shipping/Receiving Operations: Process and sort inter-company mail, distribute items, and handle picking, packing, and shipping duties. Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service to market personnel, insurance carrier representatives, and patients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records and documentation of all shipping/receiving activities while adhering to HIPAA guidelines to protect sensitive information. Operational Support: Assist with various operational tasks, including equipment maintenance, file services, meeting room setups, and light maintenance duties as needed. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the site manager, supervisor, and assistant manager to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is a plus. Previous experience in shipping/receiving or related fields preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating office equipment, including copiers, fax machines, and 10-key calculators. Knowledge of MS Office and email systems is an advantage. Physical Abilities: Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, lifting items weighing up to 50-55 lbs., and operating equipment as required.
