The Opportunity:
We're on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, blending digital marketing expertise with strategic brand management. In this pivotal role, you'll shape our marketing strategies, enhance our digital presence, and inspire a team to achieve our marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, incorporating SEO, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization.
Create engaging marketing copy for various channels, prioritizing SEO effectiveness and high conversion rates.
Design and oversee digital marketing materials, including landing pages, newsletters, and social media ads, ensuring alignment with our brand identity.
Lead warm email campaigns, employing A/B testing and other optimization techniques to maximize marketing impact.
Provide strategic guidance to the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Manage brand strategy, including visual identity and brand voice, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Collaborate with sales and lead generation teams to align strategies with sales objectives and customer acquisition goals.
Oversee digital marketing efforts such as SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing, leveraging data insights for maximum ROI.
Conduct market research, analyze trends, and utilize data to inform marketing strategies.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, optimizing allocation and monitoring expenditure effectiveness.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a unified approach to customer engagement and production.
Experience Required:
Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and brand management.
Proficiency in SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
Strong skills in crafting and designing digital marketing materials.
Experience in leading and mentoring marketing teams.
Solid understanding of market research, data analysis, and budget management.
Previous involvement in developing or managing referral programs, agency partnerships, or partner programs is advantageous.

$80,000.00 - $120,000.00 (USD) commensurate with experience plus additional benefits.
