We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to help us grow and elevate our brand perception in Canada. If you have a great marketing experience for a global brand, love for the culture and a passion for new technology, we want to hear from you.In this role you will:This role will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and integrated go-to-market plansExecute 360 degree marketing campaigns to tie into Tinder's brand narrative and positioning in the Canadian marketManage the day-to-day logistics of project plans by owning timelines, budgets, and analysis/recaps/reportsMap out appropriate marketing mix and make strategic recommendations on paid media mix for all campaignsWork closely with Consumer Insights and Analytics, pre, and post-campaigns, to establish goals and report/track progress against business metricsLead agency relationships and align the overall communication strategy with key partners in Canada Work cross functionally and build relationships with internal creative, PR, Business Development, Partnerships, Product, Design, and Content Teams in order to strengthen ideas and creative, and build holistic and effective campaignsCollaborate with internal stakeholders globally, sharing best practices and learning from other countries initiativesDraft strategic briefs and assemble presentation decksOperationally support local events and partnership executionsBe fully knowledgeable on the Gen Z audience, pop culture and stay current on the cultural calendar within Canada Monitor market trends both within the dating category as well as outside to generate insights for the localization of the Tinder brand narrativeReport directly to the VP of Global Marketing and manage partners/vendorsPlan and implement innovative ideas to promote Tinder's brand and achieve campaign metricsWe're looking for:Bachelor's degree. MBA or Masters not essential, but a plus8+ years of experience in marketing or ad agency (a mix of agency and client-side is a plus) with deep knowledge of consumer brandingDigital and social media marketing experienceExperience working with small and large agencies, from leading briefs to 360 execution and deliveryStrong business analytical skills, experience setting critical metrics for campaigns, and used to working with data and delivering vital insights/analysisInnovative mind with a highly developed curiosity to try and test new things- Excellent project management skills and execution abilitiesStrong interpersonal skills, ability to form and maintain enduring professional relationships, and work well in a team environmentOrganized, attentive to detail, and proactively takes initiativeOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsExperience working in an app company is a plusExcellent soft skills with a team player attitudeA deep and up-to-dated understanding of Canadian Gen Z culturePassion for brand storytelling and content creationStrong mix of creative and analytical capabilities in combination with a hands-on mentality to get things doneThrive in a fast-paced environment, and high comfort level with ambiguity and adapting to changeOrganized, attentive-to-detail, and proactively takes initiativeExceptional verbal and written communication skillsHigh influential capacity and great negotiation skillsExcellent project management skills and executional abilitiesExcellent soft skills with a team player attitudeEnglish & French Canadian speakers are a plus!$105,000 - $125,000 a yearThe salary range for this position is $105,000 - $125,000. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in Toronto, Canada.
