Responsibilities :
First and foremost, do the work. Lead FP&A, accounting, and reporting. Ensure tax compliance and financial integrity. Implement accounting systems for small businesses. Drive strategic financial planning. Provide insightful analysis and guidance. Manage team and foster collaboration. Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA preferred. 7+ years in accounting, 3+ years in management. Strong FP&A and accounting software skills. Analytical, communicative, and deadline-driven.
