Position Overview:
As a Senior Manager in our Internal Audit team, you'll play a vital role in bringing our company's purpose to life through assurance and risk insights that matter. Collaborating across the enterprise with risk and business owners, you'll leverage your expertise to identify and evaluate risks and internal controls, driving innovation and providing greater value to the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the development and execution of Internal Audit activities, utilizing your knowledge of risk management capabilities.
- Provide risk insights and assurance that support business objectives, utilizing marketing and retail expertise.
- Think critically and lead team members with initiative, providing clear direction, coaching, and accountability.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging risks, fostering personal development and supporting a meaningful career.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA), or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of audit, risk, or related business/retail experience.
- Expertise in auditing and enterprise risk management concepts, including risk assessment/prioritization and process & internal controls.
- Experience with marketing risks & business.
- Strong professional judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using data and analytical tools to solve business problems.
- Experience in leading, coaching, and developing team members.
