Responsibilities
• Adhere to safety and manufacturing practices standards.• Train and lead Operators, Mechanics, and Supervisors on technical procedures.• Collaborate with plant leadership on continuous improvement projects and problem resolution.• Identify and minimize machine problems to minimize downtime.• Partner with other Maintenance Technicians to resolve cross-functional problems.• Analyze issues using software systems to drive performance.• Lead overhaul efforts to rebuild equipment during planned downtime.• Develop operating and troubleshooting procedures in bottling production specialization areas.• Develop operating and troubleshooting procedures in injection technology areas.• Create SOP's for troubleshooting machines and ensure equipment uptime.
Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment.• Experience managing people/projects.• Ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues across multiple departments.• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.• Ability to read and interpret schematics and work with shop equipment.• Skilled in using precision measuring equipment.• Willingness to be a technical leader and trainer.• Preferred: 10+ years of experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment.• 4+ years of experience in blow molding, injection molding, packaging, or beverage fields.• Skilled in fabrication capabilities and working with electrical systems.
