Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to ensure top-tier performance and satisfaction for both our customers and employees. As a Technical Training and Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering effective and professional technical training and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire comprehensive product knowledge for applications to effectively train clients and employees.
Deliver application training through various mediums such as classroom sessions, virtual environments, telephone, or on-site visits.
Conduct seminars, workshops, and presentations on applications.
Independently deliver core and advanced application training sessions as per the curriculum.
Manage expectations, provide escalation pathways, and document issue resolutions during training sessions.
Collaborate with instructional designers, implementation team members, and other departments to identify training needs and participate in course development.
Travel to remote offices or client sites as needed to deliver training.
Perform Healthcare Systems time reporting and billing processes.
Qualifications:
Experience in the healthcare industry with a focus on Risk Adjustment.
Familiarity with MA/ACA Risk Scoring methodology, including knowledge of condition categories (HCC).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to interface effectively with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Technical/Business experience.
4-7 years of relevant work experience.
